Cinnamon is a great Christmas scent and can be diffused on its own or blended. One of our favourite blends is Cinnamon with Frankincense, Clove, Pine, and Bergamot. It also blends well with Peppermint, Lavender, Orange, and Lemon.
Cinnamon is a known immune booster and has anti-microbial properties. Diffusing Cinnamon oil can inhibit some respiratory pathogens including some that are resistant to penicillin.
Cinnamon Bark oil is stronger-smelling than Cinnamon Leaf, very much like the actual spice. It is also less abundant and more difficult to extract than Cinnamon Leaf oil, therefore making it more expensive.
